Microsoft Word - How can I automatically create a list of capitalized words and phrases? - list of best phrases for congratulations
I have a very comprehensive document and I need a way to automatically extract a list of words and sentences in capital letters (for example, find that the Supreme Court of Idaho, etc.) on a list of words and phrases. Who knows how I do this? Is there a program or what?
Thank you!

The use of an index.
MS Word with the function of an index, an index can be inserted into an existing document, then indexes all the words you specify. To create the list of words that you can scroll the document sequence to identify or use the "Auto Select" feature.
To use "Auto Select" - to create another document with a list of words you want indexed. Click Insert - Reference - Index and Tables, then click the Auto-Mark. From the file selection window, select the file to identify with the word list and all cases of these words in the existing document. Since the index itself will get the page number to insert (or whatever you identify) in the index page.
