Sounds good to me, were in Agadir a few years ago, when we tried this recipe, we had a lot of salad of fresh tomatoes, s so fresh dates, tea with mint, and of course lots of fresh fruit. That should do it, Bon Appetit.
Excellent idea with the couscous. Whenever I cook lamb tagine served me a big salad, often with a simple balsamic vinegar. If you are afraid, you do not have enough food on the table, you might have a bowl of bread or a French club?
